It has said that, "Leadership is never asking someone to do something you haven't done yourself, or aren't perfectly willing to do again." Jesus being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God. Yet He perfectly exhibited the mind that Paul commanded to be us. He was our Perfect Example of the 7 characteristics in Phil. 2:2-4.
